I dont receive email notifications when someone fills up the form that i created here.
And when i try to pull up the filled up form here, it just dont let me. all i can see is a clear page.
I can see that i have 3 new filled up forms. but i cant see their details.

We are sorry that you having this issue. I have cloned your form and was able to submit this form successfully and recieved notification both on my email notification account and jotform account.
You can also try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to email@example.com and then do a test?
You can also request your ISP or mail provider to whitelist jotmail's IPs shown in the link below;
