I don't know what's wrong. I tried to reset the thank you email on my form. When I try to re-set up the thank you email and hit "save" I get an error that says "false".

The form you linked doesn't seem to have any autoresponder in it. Currently, it only has notifications that will send an email to the form owner, but not to the applicants. To resolve this, please create a new autoresponder on your form.
Your session might have ended and you were logged out of your account, which is why you got the "false" message while trying to save the form. Please make sure that you are logged in to your account and try saving the form again.
