How to add the form to my Facebook page?

How can I get my form filled out through Facebook a campaign and have that form sent to my email?

Do you mean to display the form on your Facebook page? If so, please follow the instructions provided in the guide below:

You should be having a notification added to your JotForm so that the form filled information will be sent to your email address. If you do not have a notification on your JotForm, you can add a new notification by clicking on Emails icon in the form builder.
