Both requests relate to emails not coming through.

Even if you posted a Forum Thread while not logged in as mhowe479, I'm sure one of our supporters would have handled it. We never fail to handle threads that come in and we handle them on a first come first served basis.

Yes, there might be some occasions when it might take a couple hours before getting an update BUT we always ensure that we update each and every question posted in our Forum.
