    My Form Won't Update Either

    Thought I'd start this as a different post.

    So, I'm working a way with a form ... and all of a sudden it starts not updating .... catastrophe ... how can a person move on with his work??

    I am updating in  real-time and when I try in all browsers the form is not updating.

    I have changed the forms title to Patient Satisfaction Questionnaires .... with an 's' on the end to demonstrate this

    Here's the thing .... DO NOT ASK ME TO CHANGE THE URL OR CLONE THE FORM

    Respectfully, I cannot do this. This would mean hours and hours of work. there are many graphs associated ... and it serves as a demo

    Can you advise me please. Its a problem your end, that consistently happens, that appears not to have been addessed.

    Hi Markashton,

    We really apologise for the inconveniences this issue has caused you. I tried cloning your form and editing it on IE8 but experienced same issue. But using Firefox it works well.

    Can you try working on a different browser and seee if it works out!

    Do you mean that the form is not updating in the form builder as well as at its URL? When I logged in to your account and went to the form in question, I didn't see an "s" on the end of Questionnaire. So, I inserted it and saved the form.

    Please check the form at its URL now and let us know if you can see the change.

    I can understand your frustration regarding this issue. However, concerning the form not updating, try using http://www.jotformpro.com/form/21143609596962 to view the form instead of http://form.jotformpro.com/form/21143609596962 and let us know if that helps.

     ..... this worked but I was just highlighting that there is a consistent problem with "form freeze"
