It has been a few days, so I thought I'd check to see how long you think it will take to resolve this issue.
I test and checked again on your form https://www.jotform.com/form/63078976857174 and I was still able to reproduce the issue at this time.
The bug ticket report submitted by our colleague was now assigned to one of our developer for fixing. Our developer will respond here as well when update on the status is available.
How long will it take to resolve this?

Unfortunately, we don't have the ETA for this resolution, but we have a developer assigned to the problem and we will inform you about the outcome as soon as we receive an update.

I see the ticket is still on opened status, meaning it is still being check.
