    I've cloned your form in order to test on my side and I was able to reproduce the issue you had as you can see the screenshot below:

    So that, I have forwarded this issue to our software developer team. They are going to check and as soon as your issue will be fixed, we are going to inform you via this thread.

    I test and checked again on your form https://www.jotform.com/form/63078976857174 and I was still able to reproduce the issue at this time.

    The bug ticket report submitted by our colleague was now assigned to one of our developer for fixing. Our developer will respond here as well when update on the status is available.

    Unfortunately, we don't have the ETA for this resolution, but we have a developer assigned to the problem and we will inform you about the outcome as soon as we receive an update.

    Our developer assigned to this bug ticket report will be the one that will provide updated response here once the problem is fixed. 

    I see the ticket is still on opened status, meaning it is still being check.
