I have a free account for now. Plan to upgrade soon because I need more forms.
However the free forms that I have created and currently working with are disabled. Can you please tell me why?

I checked your account and it was automatically suspended by our phishing filter. However, I did not find anything very much suspicious on any of your forms aside from the field which asks for the last 4 digits of the form user's SSN. As I don't think there is anything threatening or can be relative to phishing in your forms, I went ahead and reactivated your account. You should be able to access your forms again.
