2Checkout integration: Unable to verify

    Hello,

    I see that you can't verify your 2checkout account in your form. There was an issue about verification of 2checkout integration. It is now fixed. Could you please try again and turn back to us with the results.

    I checked our 2Checkout integration and I was able to replicate this error. 

    I will forward this thread to our developers team for further checking and we will get back to you as soon as we have new information.

    Hello 4oma,

    You need to provide the correct vendor number and the correct currency. The verification will have some internal procedures and test the ability of the given settings to receive a payment.

    Please be sure that:

    1. The vendor number is correct

    2. The currency is correct

    The verification should work then.

    Hi Kakhaber,

    I guess your account at 2Checkout is not a verified one since you still get the error. You need a valid 2Checkout ID to verify your integration at JotForm. 

    To be honest with you I am getting the same error that you get with a test account that I just created. But when I try with Omur's account data it verifies without a problem. Which brings us to the point that the issue is with our accounts not with the integration wizard. 

    Please try to verify your account and let us know if the issue still persists. I will also run some tests myself and let you know if I figure it out how.
