Why does my sub-User see empty fields on shared form submissions?

    Hi,


    I just set up a sub-user. They have permission to view submissions, but not to edit. They can see all the submitted forms, but when they select any one then the only fields for which they see data are the default Submission Date and IP fields. When they uncheck "Auto-hide empty fields" then they can see the other field labels, but there is no data.

    Hello Ax,

    Could you please ask your sub-user to go to Data settings and uncheck 'Europe Datacenter':
