I am no longer receiving contracts to my email. They go as far as the jotform, but do not come through to my email

    We are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers. Could you please check your email spam box? If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.

    Hi there, I have checked the spam and they are not there unfortunately.  I spoke with Godaddy even and its not on their end, they say the emails are not even hitting the server.

    I removed your email from the bounce list. You should receive emails normally as usual.

    Here's the bounced reason:

    robin@fullmedaljacketaqha.com is in the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.1  - 205.201.137.77 has sent to too many recipients this hour. IB607 

    Your email service provider has rejected the emails coming from JotForm due to a suspected spam. You can try to add JotForm's noreply@jotform.com email into your safe sender's list to prevent this from happening again.
