I would like for the quotes to be sent to my email address also

In the past anytime someone submitted a request for a quote, we received an email. In fact that was the only way we kept up with them. I would like to receive an email each time someone submits a quote. Please help me make this happen? I added our email to the Bounce email, but that did not fix it.

This is not at all my field of expertise, so I also do not want to mess anything up.
