    Hi

My form allows the user the upload an image file and to see the preview. When I link the form it is fine. But when I embed it as a feedback tab (which looks very smart ) all the other form fields work but the image upload has a sad face and says that the element has been deleted.

So is it possible to include an image upload field if your wish to embed using the feedback tab?

    Thanks

    Mike

    Hello Mike,

The widgets use a different method when fetching the code from its source. Unfortunately, running it not via http (such as merely opening the HTML page from your desktop) will prevent the widget from loading. But when you run it via a webhost, you will notice that it is running properly and the widget will load without problems. So in order for you to be able to see properly the widget, please run it on your webpage.

If you have questions, please let us know.

    Thanks.

    Hi Liyam,

Thank you very much for this feed back. Yes indeed once published and served from the web site the form worked perfectly with the feedback tab.

Just as a suggestion could a short form of words be added to the embed section of your publish tab to advise users of this effect and save time.

    All the best.

    Mike
