Hi there,
As of this week, I am no longer getting email notifications when we receive jotform submissions. I need to continue to be alerted through email when we receive forms submissions.
I was only alerted that we received submissions because of the paypal payments that came through, but jotform did not send me a form. I did not change email settings, can you please advise? Thank you.

Hello wildchildfreeschool,
I have checked your email history but what I see is that your email deliveries were sent properly. So it's possible that the emails may have landed on your spam folder. Can you please check there to see if the emails are indeed there? Also, if you found the missing emails there, please select those emails and mark them as Not Spam
You may also check your email history by following the steps from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
If you have questions, please let us know.
Thanks.

Thank you for your email, yes you are correct gmail put them in my spam
folder. I was not expecting them in there - since I've been receiving
jotform emails for years. Thank you for your help! Please let me know if
there is anything I can do on my end to prevent them from going to spam.
Best Wishes,

Hello Lindsay, thanks for confirming that Gmail has filtered them as spam. This is a recent problem we're trying to get fixed by mass informing users who report issues receiving emails to mark ALL Jotform-related emails as NOT SPAM. This, in turn, will improve our mail server's status from Google's automated Spam filtering system.
On top of that, you may also consider adding noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your GMail contact list, here's how. This will further inform Google's automatic Spam filter that Jotform emails are safe and not spam.
