Why my forms are disabled?

why is every form disabled on my account? 

I have just reactivated your account. I don't see any reason of the suspension so that's probably a mistake in our phishing filter tool. You can read what forms that we don't allow in our Terms of Use (http://www.jotform.com/terms/ ).
