How do I delete submissions with file uploads

How do i delete the submissions that are submitted with file uploads. I have no idea how to do that or what that means?
Can you delete them for me for everything up until 3 months ago or give me detailed instructions on where to go and what to do?

You can review and delete existing submission data of your forms in your My Forms view submission panel. Please refer to the user guide below.

Please take note that deleted submission data will be permanently gone. We cannot restore them once deleted since we do not keep another copy of them.

Make sure you make a backup by downloading the data as well in case you have need for them elsewhere.
