My form is on a Norwegian web-shop
My files does not show up in Jotform-mailbox nor in my e-mails so I thought there was something wrong with the code embedding. But then I tried to go directly to the Jotform-site where the form is located and upload from there (http://form.jotformpro.com/form/21172673969969) but it's pretty much the same. Some times I get them, sometimes I don't.

I think the reason why you don't receive files because when the user fills the form they didn't include their file.
NOTE: Even though they didn't upload files, they can always submit their submission successfully. I suggest to set your upload file field as Required* to avoid receiving submissions without including their files.

There are no users yet. I have been testing by uploading files myself.

Please note that you have a monthly upload limit of 1GB , according to your Premium account status, and I can see you have uploaded already 3GB
Please enter into your account and remove those files, and if you need more space for uploads, I would recommend you to upload to Professional

It's 3gb since I started my account last year, but it's 10 available total. If I had 3gb this month, then my dropbox would've been full, cause that's only 2gb. My other forms are working just fine.

Can you try and see if the same problem exists now. I have just did submission to your account and was able to view it on your submission page. I uploaded some file 'PortGo.Zip' .
I did set the notification email page by changing Sender's name to: Jotform and Sender's email address to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Try also to have your mail server provider or ISP to whitelist jotmail's IPs, use the link below for guides;

I got yours though - but what's strange here is that sometimes it work, sometimes it don't.
I tried twice myself just now. The first one, just en e-mail with the form, but no link to attachment (as if the user didn't upload any file). The second, only one of the two files submitted is linked in the e-mail.
It won't show in the form submission page either. So I'd believe the error's not on my end. But I could be wrong;)
I also whitelisted the IP-s with no effect.

I've also cloned your form and uploaded 2 different files (jpg and mp3) and i wasn't able to reproduce the said issue. I was able to see them in my JotForm account and as attachments via email too. Which browser are you using? Have you also tried changing your recipient email address?

I've tried Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer. All with the latest updates.
Changed the recipient mail address now. No luck. Same problem.

Can you please try to upload files using http://www.jotformpro.com/form/21172673969969 and let us know if it makes any difference.
We simply replace http://form.jotformpro.com/form/21172673969969 with www.

I successfully got 4 uploads on the www. But now I uploaded 3 small files, but received just one.

Are you getting any errors during upload?
Example with error:
The most easiest solution is replacing Multiple Upload field with several Single Upload fields. As far as I know, Single Upload elements are much stable.

And, yes I'm looking for the easiest solution. That is why I chose Jotform for my webshop, since the file transfer (http://www.jotform.com/form/12471101769) for my other website is very reliable. I was hoping you could find a solution to my problem, and not a way around by placing Single Upload fields. That would not be solution for me.

Thanks weidnersignage. I've read the entire thread.
Unfortunately, the issue you referred to does not help my case, even though the symptoms are the same.
My first uploader (http://filer.nilztrykk.no) works just fine, and I have not had a faulty submisson since the issue related to the government's closing of Jotform (in February?) because of a "configuration problem on the new domains." BUT, the weird thing is, when I made a clone of this form, it's not working (as described above). I use the same Jotform domain, same type of embedding etc.
I'd like Jotform Support's opinion on this one. I've waited since May 9 on this issue, and May 17 support says it's been handed to the developer team.
