Hi
Can you check why I received this message yesterday?
plus all my zapier connection turned off due to this
Can't see how we could ever achieved 10,000 requests per day as all of our forms are use in house between 7 employees
Please advise?

Each account has an API limit. The number of times your account calls an API is being counted.
Here are the limits according to account subscriptions:
Free: 1000
Bronze: 10,000
Silver: 50,000
Gold: 100,000
Platinum: 1,000,000
Each API that is used in your form has a certain limited number of requests your app or integration gets called per day. Even if it's a preview, it gets counted as there is already a request once it loads.
However, please also be reminded that this counter resets daily every midnight (EST)
JotForm previously does not inform users when they reach the API limit and it just silently stops. But a recent update allows our system to send users an email whenever their account is already in its limit.
If you go to the API Section of your account, you will see the Authorized APPS and API Keys that's being called and that go against your API limit.
I checked your account and it looks like the limit has already been restarted.
