Why my submission emails are not arriving to email addresses?

    The jotforms are not sending to our suppliers. They are showing in history but our suppliers are not recieving them.

    Hello Hannah,

    I checked this email: steve@oxforddesign.co.uk and I found out that it ended in our Bounce list, the reason is below: 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<421 4.4.0 Unable to lookup DNS for oxforddesign.co.uk>

    I removed it from our Bounce list so you will be able to receive submissions now.

    Please check this guide on how to prevent this kind of issues. 

    Regarding your other emails they are not in our Bounce list, could you please check if those emails ended in Junk/Spam folder by any chance? And if they did, could you be so kind and mark them as 'Not Spam' so you avoid this problem in future. For example in Gmail:
