We have several conditions built out for our forms and they all worked correclty for the last 6 weeks then since around 11/28/10 they began to show a "bug". After 2 days of work (changinfg condtions, walking in circles 3 x's. etc. ha-ha and several hours with our email host provider Godaddy.com we found that the problem lies within the "conditions" of every form. After removing all conditions the forms now seem to send email notifications but not to our needed specs as they did for 6 weeks untill all of sudden 12/28/10. The stack line 7 issue seems to resolved for now! ( which started the same time the above "conditions" problem vered it's self). Any one else dealing with "conditions" this issue?

You need to be careful with email conditions. They basically override the emails. If a condition matches, then the default email will not be sent but what you stated on the condition will be sent instead.
Just make sure to test every possible scenario after adding a new email condition.
