Brand new newbie here, so please forgive me if this is a stupid question.
I have decided to use JotForm to handle client reviews for an online directory that I run.
My intention is to embed the form on each of the business's profile pages.
When someone reviews a business listed on my directory, how can I tell which page (business) that particular form was embedded on?
In other words, how can set up the form to let me know in the notification which business has been reviewed?
Your help would be much appreciated
Kind regards to all
Adrian

Okay, I have found the solution.
For the benefit of future such queries...
Add the Get Form Page URL widget.
Here is where I found the info relating to a similar widget

Thanks for keeping us posted, Adrian.
Yes, you can make use of the Get Form Page URL widget to be able to get the URL where the form was submitted from.
In any case, should you have questions, please let us know. We'll be more than happy to assist :)

Thank you for your kind remark, Adrian. JotForm would not be what it is today without the help of users like you, our source of motivation and inspiration. :)
