    Hi,

    I checked your integration and it seems working fine.

    Are you still getting errors when you submit the form? Perhaps the issue was temporary or specific on the user side. Kindly give it a try and let us know if the issue persists.

    I made a test on a cloned version of your form and it is working.

    However, when I tested your form, I am getting that error.

    Is this working normally before and just suddenly goes like this? Have you tried checking your authorize.net credentials if it's still active? Perhaps it needs to be updated.

    I will also forward this to our developers so they can further investigate. Please leave the test product for now so we could use it during our test submissions.

    Only the "monthly subscription" plan is having this issue. All others are working as normal.

    Thank you for the additional information. I will update the ticket and add that this is only happening in the "Monthly Subscription" option.

    @krswes,

    I have just submitted your form https://form.jotform.com/61084907053151 and I can see it works, the submissions was properly processed and it also appears in your submissions page, here's a screenshot of it: 

    Is the error occurring still with this form or is it happening in another one? 

    Please let us know, we will be glad to alert our second level about this.
