Can unselected options be filtered out of the return?

Can unselected options be filtered out of the return? For example: if I have 3 checkboxes and only one is selected, are the others removed from the results?

If I understood your question correctly you are asking if unselected options will be shown on submission page. Unselected options will not be shown. Only selected options are shown.
