herobirthservicesAsked on November 6, 2016 at 1:45 AMI'm wondering this too. In the automatic email that gets sent to a client after they sign my contract, I want to include a link to the PDF of their completed contract they can download. In this case, I won't have the chance to edit the PDF before the client receives the email. Is there a way to format the PDF settings beforehand so that it automatically displays both the text and titles of the form, as well as the information they entered?

It is possible to show the headers and text from your form in the PDF. You just need to enable it in your form submissions page. Here's how https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-show-headers-or-text-for-contracts-terms-agreements-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission.
You can also customize your PDF, here's a guide https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report
To provide the PDF to the submitters, just include the PDF link in your autoresponder.
