When I click on submissions I see the date that matches the email I have received, but as my emails have been down over the last few days, I have wanted to look at submission on jotform.com ,but they are not showing as they used to. The date shows, but there is no information at all from the form. It is just blank. I deleted all previous submissions to clear space, but still they are coming through blank. What am I doing wrong? Regards

Considering that you are from EU, please log in to your account from EU domain https://eu.jotform.com.
