I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Are you referring to the payments received on your JotForm? If so, please be noted that the payments will be handled by the payment gateway which is integrated on your JotForm. The information submitted by the form will be sent to the payment gateway for processing and based on the response received by the payment processor you'll be displayed the Thank you page or error message. Once the payment is processed by the payment gateway, the funds should be available automatically. If you notice any issue with the payments that are actually displaying successful from JotForm and payment not received, you may contact the payment service with the transaction reference number so that they can help you further.
