Where is my data stored?

    Hi There,

I am Australian customer and like Europe we have fairly strict data sovereignty and privacy laws.

I noticed you give the option to store my data in Germany, is there an option to store my data on Australian Servers? I would be happy to pay extra if there is a way to do this.

Alternatively, is there a way I can have the data stored on my own servers of my own local AWS servers.

    Thanks

    Matt

    Hi Matt,

Please review also this discussion thread. Specifically, please refer to the information provided by Aytekin on that thread as I believe it answers your question.

I believe you cannot control per se which AWS server you can locate your JotForm stored data. If you are not comfortable with the data being  stored on the server, you can also delete/remove them as well as soon as you have downloaded a copy of them.

You can see the submission data in the View Submission panel.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
