Import another questionnaire.

I have a questionnaire on wedding wire, how do i import it? 

If i can't import it, is there a way i can allow my clients to upload photos to the questionaire?

Can you please provide us with the link to your questionnaire on wedding wire? Is this questionnaire different from your questionnaire on Jotform (http://www.jotform.ca/form/63110619636251)?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to import web forms that are not based on Jotform. However, if the form was created on jotform, then you can follow this guide on How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL.

If you want your customers to upload photos, you will need to manually re-create the questionnaire in Jotform and add an upload field there. Here's a guide that may help: How to Create Upload Forms.
