Form submissions page only showing the submission date

Hi,

I recently contacted yourselves regarding viewing submitted forms online as originally we had our form linked to a google sheet. This link to the google sheet was removed/ corrupted for a short amount of time and so i needed to find the data that was submitted but didnt make it onto the google sheet. One of your colleagues very kindly sent me an email directing me to the "How to View Form Submissions" help page however this page does not appear to be showing the submissions that didn't make it onto the google sheets or any other submissions that did make it onto the google sheets. All i see on the submission log is the submission date and no other data, even though i know it has previously been submitted and linked to the google sheet?! Please can you confirm how i can view the data?
