Encryption: Form submissions not decrypting after providing the key in IE 11Asked by ws99az on November 07, 2016 at 07:03 AM
If I have a secure form submitted, and the received email on my side is encrypted, and if I use IE 11.321 to view the encrypted message, I get a prompt to upload the key, but in that prompt window there is no "Submit", Carriage Return does not send the browser to decode etc. It is just stuck.
Chrome works fine
We have a pending ticket about this matter. The priority is not that high so I would suggest using Google Chrome for decrypting your form submissions. We'll keep you posted for updates.
But the IT department here does not support Chrome, only IT for security reasons, so it is very high for me.

My apologies. Let me create a new ticket on this thread to remind our developers about this ongoing issue. If there are updates, you should know it through this thread.
For the meantime, try checking your IE compatibility settings. Try turning it off/on. See if that works.
