How to block the user to select the same appointment slot on my form?

Hi,

I would like to create a matrix with free appointments but when a customer checks a appointment,

it should be blocked for the next customer.

e.g.  matrix with different classes (1A - 1B - 1C - 1D) and free appointments 9 AM - 10 AM - 11 AM - 12AM)

When 1A choose for 11 AM, the other can not use that option again.

Unfortunately, there is no appointment option in Matrix widget. You need to use another widget to do this such as Appointment Slots or Gift Registry.

I notice that you are already using the Multi-select grid widget on your form. Once the form is submitted by selecting one of the options in the grid, that option will not be available for other users and displaying the message as set in the widget.

Since your JotForm is having only the widget, I think the fields Name, email or phone number should be added in order to identify which user has booked the specific slot.
