i don´t receive the alerts on my email

The email email@example.com is in the bounce list. This is the reason you're not receiving email alerts. I have now removed the email from the bounce list. You should be receiving email notifications now.
Also, we had an email issues recently wherein JotForm emails are falling in to spam folder. Could you please check your email spam section? If you find JotForm emails please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
