    iPhone view: embedded form makes the page to jump to the top when clicking the next button, and then page won't scroll.

    I have looked through the questions and tried to implement the iframe solutions but nothing is working.  There is no scrollbar on my form when I open it on an iphone.

    I don't have an iPhone with me at the moment, but I tested on my other phone and in iPhone simulator and scrollbar is there:

    Are you not able to scroll at all or you just don't see the scrollbar?

    Also, if you didn't you can try enabling mobile-friendly view in your website:

    https://www.wix.com/support/html5/article/enabling-and-disabling-the-mobile-friendly-view-of-your-site

    If the issue persists, please let us know so we can investigate further.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

    While there is no scrollbar on the page, I'm able to scroll through on my android device with the use of my finger. Although what I noticed is that how your form is contained within the page seems to constrain the view of your form. Are you not able to drag to scroll through the page on your view?

    Thanks.

    I need scroll bars to show up or it isn't intuitive or user friendly for the user. Plus it's jumpy when I try to hit the next button and doesn't always work. Help can this be fixed?

    I could no reproduce the problem in my android device. Have you tried embedding the form using the "Embed" method?  https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-form-to-a-web-page

    If you haven't tried it yet, please do it. Let us know if you need more help.

    Remove your form's code, and inject a complete fresh Iframe code as indicated on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    I did that and have the exact same issue on my iPhone as well as other iPhones I have tried. No scroll bar and when I try to select an item it jumps to the top of the frame and I can't scroll back down.

    Can you please try using the iFrame code again but this time without the <script></script> part? Then change the scrolling attribute to "yes".

    You can try the iframe code below where I removed the script and edited the scrolling to yes.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame-63054600839152" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotform.com/63054600839152" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:538px; border:none;" scrolling="yes"> </iframe>

    Please let us know how it goes.
    Thank you.

    Which web browser do you use on your iPhone? I have used iPhone simulator on my computer to check what is wrong. I have managed to scroll properly on iPhone 5, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S.

    Also, I have entered your account and checked your CSS codes in order to see what is wrong. I have seen that you do not have any code related to mobile devices.

    Could you please inject the following CSS codes for mobile devices:

    @media only screen and (max-device-width: 500px){

    .form-all{

    overflow: scroll !important;

    }

    }

    Please check again.

    Thanks in advance.

    I entered that code and I can scroll but it's not pretty..

    The form kind of floats and isn't constrained in size to the iframe...it falls off the mobile page.  Additionall, when I try to fill out the form and click the next and submit buttons it jumps to the top of the page and won's scroll.  could you try filling out the form on mobile to replicate that error?  Thank you so much - this is really frustrating for me and I imagine it is becoming so for you as well..

    Please try the following example:

    1) Remove onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)"  in the Iframe code.

    2) Add ?nojump at the end of the URL, example:

    src="//form.jotform.co/jsform/32590**6*1*63?nojump"

    3) Remove the <script></script> part:

    Hope this helps you, let us know what happens, we will be glad to assist you.

    Still no go. I can't click on the next button at the bottom of the page now and it still jumps to the top. I know you have a simulator for an iPhone but maybe if you could open it on an actual iPhone you may see? Sorry this is the impossible issue to resolve...

    Unfortunately, I do not have an real iPhone device, but I have forwarded this issue to our back-end team, so they can further test with a real iPhone device to reproduce the issue. You will be updated via this thread.
