Can I know who filled the form ?Asked by campretention on November 07, 2016 at 11:51 AM
I created a form for a retention campaign. I started to get a few responses, but I can't know who actually filled the form so I can contact them afterwards.
The form is sent by email to a bunch of 400+ emails. Is there anyway where I can actually find the email address of the person who submitted a reply ?
Thank you so much for your help :)
I checked your form and I can see that there is an email field before the Submit button. You may check the user's information in the Submissions page. Here's a guide:
1. Select the form and then click the "Submissions" button.
2. In the Submissions page, you'll see the form submission data. You can also click the "Reply" button to reply to the user. If you scroll down, you'll also see the Grid Report.
Hope this helps. Thank you.
