How can I transfer a form that I created under another User name to my non-profit account.

I created a form on my personal free Jotform account by mistake and need to transfer it to my organizations Jotform account that will be upgraded to a bronze account for a non-profit. Is there anyway to do this, copy it and then paste it to the correct Jotform account, or can Jotform transfer the form.

Leinkauf is the user name on the Jotform destination account. The email associated with that account is leinkaufhdno@gmail.com. 

So, please transfer the forms  and data, if possible, of the Event Registration Form on the Buzzlion account to the Leinkauf account.
