AMWCAsked on November 7, 2016 at 2:04 PM
is there a way to change what users see in the URL for our forms?
i.e. this is the URL for one of our forms: https://www.jotform.com//?formID=62056853193156
I would like it to be something like https://www.jotform.com//amwc_billing_option_form
I have others I would like the same way, so that our company name (amwc) is referenced, and the name of the form, rather than a numeric value.

Yes there is a way to do that by creating a Custom URL for your form.
Just click PUBLISH at the top > LINK > on the DIRECT LINK OF YOUR FORM section, click the PENCIL icon > type in your desired Custom URL > then APPLY.
