I integrated my square deposit onto my contract and received a payment
I integrated my square deposit onto my contract and received a payment today. I can only see this in JotForm though and not through Square nor did I receive any sort of email from Square about the deposit. Will any sort of notification be sent? Also, why isn't this showing up in Square? I'm trying to figure out where the money currently is. Thanks.

It seems that your form is currently configured to use the Square integration in a test mode.
You will need to switch the Square integration to the live mode, and ask your client to re-submit their entry (if it was originally submitted in a test mode).

So was their credit card charged in test mode? I'm assuming not but there was a 'transaction ID' so just making sure!

I'll have them re-submit right now in live mode if not.

On behalf of my colleague, you are most welcome. I would like to inform you that the credit card will not be charged when in Test Mode. You will need to set it to Live Mode and ask them to re-submit the form if you want your customer's credit card to be charged.
