We keep getting the same exact submission over and over again. The same information has been sent 11 times since 10/22 from:firstname.lastname@example.orgHello I am the owner of Drawn to Ecology and I am working on a new product. I am creating a series of eco region maps with tree species. I want a watercolor graphic underneath the scratch off as people scratch off the trees in each region. or to have them be able to scratch off the trees and the state. Is this something you would be able to print? Looking forward to hearing from you. Best, AlyssaPage URL:

It might be possible that the user is a spammer and they keep resending the same information to your form. It could also be that they have the Thank You page of the form on their browser and whenever they refresh that page, the form keeps getting submitted.
To avoid receiving duplicate submissions from your users, you can set unique submissions. Here's our guide on How to Set Unique Submissions on a Form. Alternatively, you can also set a selected field as a unique question. That way you will not receive the same submission if the answer on that field is similar to a previous submission. (ex. same email address). Please follow this guide: How to set Form Limits Based on a Unique Question
Please let us know if the issue persists.

It is a real person. We talked to them already.
I'll try the unique question.
