My clients get an error message when submitting form

    Hi. 4 clients have now informed me that they have submitted forms and got an error message. 2 I had chased myself after no form was returned. They had booked someone else for their weddings after getting frustrated with filling in forms and getting an error message. I don't receive emails letting me know there has been an attempt. It worked fine at first. Can you pleaae advise as I cannot afford to lose business. Many thanks. Dayton

    I have submitted your form and I cannot replicate the same issue, I got successfully the Thank You page, here is a screenshot about it: 

    I got also the email auto-responder you've set up in your form, here is the email that I received: 

    Regarding to email notifications I checked the email recipient address that you're using in your form and noticed it is a Gmail account, we had recently a problem with our email notifications and Gmail, our emails were flagged as spam so please check your spam folder and if you find your emails there, please mark them as not spam, your email address is not currently in our bounce list so you should receive your emails.

    Yes my partner tried and it appears it's working again now. It must have been the gmail glitch. Many thanks.
