File uploads not linking

We can attach files in our form and emails are received however the link in the email for the file is landing on a page not found. Only started last week but seems to be happening with most attachments. Can you please confirm that this is the form https://www.jotform.us/form/52084089174156 that have the issue?

When I checked this form I noted that it actually do not have any submission data on it. 

Any link to data file in the email will not work because there was no existing submission data.

Did you perhaps have deleted the submissions of the form?

Please clarify the details and we will investigate further.

Yes all submission are auto deleted.  We only want emails sent no saved submissions.  We have had this process in place for the past 6 months and the links in the emails to the uploaded files has worked, now it does not.  I have also tried to have the uploaded files attached to the email sent but they do not.  I have check it off in the email settings but only the PDF is attached.

I have checked your email history log and it looks like that you have not included the file upload field in the email notifications. Could you let us know the email address that you have received the email notifications with the file upload field? Or are you including the file upload field in the PDF report only. Please provide us with more information so that we can further look into this.
