This is still NOT working - I am NOT receiving my forms
This is a example of a form submission that I an not receiving
We are so sorry for this issue.
Unfortunately, we have a problem about Amazon SES as you see in the following image. Therefore, we are using our email provider now.
I sent you a test email to check if your issue still persists or not. Could you please look at the following screen shot? According to your email logs, you can receive a Notification Email about my test submission now.
Could you please check your email? If you cannot see Notification Email in your email inbox, could you please check your Spam Inbox and mark JotForm emails as "Not Spam".
If the issue still persists and you cannot receive any Notification Emails, please feel free to contact us.

I checked your account email history and it looks like the emails are now being sent successfully. You can also check this on your end by following this guide: How to View All Your Form Email History
Can you please check your spam box to see if the emails are being sent there? If they are, please mark them as NOT SPAM to resolve the issue.
To change the recipient of the responses on your Contact Form, please follow this guide: How to Properly Add, Change, and Test a New Email Recipient Address.
Please let us know if the issue persists.
