I suddenly stopped getting emails

    I suddenly stopped getting emails so knew something was definitely wrong. Thank you for the nice detailed directions. I'm crossing my fingers that it works.

    I wish the "bounce list" could be removed. I understand it but it makes me question if I can trust Jotform to work as it should.

    I checked your email and it's not in the bounce list anymore.

    Note that there are many reasons why email may end up in the bounce list. The most reason why is when the receiving end rejects the emails coming from JotForm.

    If your email keeps ending in the bounce list, you can use your email server to send the emails. This way, bouncing emails will not be a problem anymore since your server is the one processing the emails.
