I contacted you 11/5/16 because I was not receiving Jotform submission orders for my business but did receive PayPal payment confirmations. You sent an email stating that ATT&T was blocking my emails and the problem was resolved. You also suggested that if I had any more problems with blocked emails I should contact you and let you know. Well, I have sent myself 2 test Jotform order submission and they have failed to appear in my email. What do you suggest?

I checked some of your forms email notification configuration and I noticed that you don't have a Sender Name selected. Please don't leave it blank.
The email jesva**@att.net is in the bounce list. I will removed it from the bounce list but it might go back again if you leave the Sender Name blank. Please update your email notification settings.
Also, we had an email issues recently wherein JotForm emails are falling in to spam folder. Could you please check your email spam section? If you find JotForm emails please select all of them and mark them as not spam.

Thank you John, I just updated the forms as you suggested. Would you mind checking the bounce list again for me just in case it was added again?

I checked your email jes****@att.net and it was in the bounce list. I removed it from the bounce list.
