Why my account has been suspended?

    I received a notice of change but am wondering why my account has been suspended. I understood the current forms to be uneffected by the change. Please advise.

    Please note your current forms and data are safe. JotForm will not delete anything from your account. Your current forms are exempt from the new form limit and will be grandfathered. This means that you can continue using your current forms as usual, and will only need to upgrade if you create new forms.

    We have checked your account and seen that you have wanted credit card information from users via textboxes without using our payment tools in your form named "Traveler Information Form" as the following screenshot:

    Please be noted that you should not ask credit card information from your users. If you need to process payments, please use one of our integrated payment tools.

    Please check our terms of use for more detailed information. Also, you can check our privacy policy to avoid this kind of suspicious activities.

    I have deleted the credit card related fields from your form and activated your account again. Kindly refrain from creating form with email/password, login/password or credit card details.
