When I clone an existing form and change the forms name to the new client when the cloned form is submitted by the new client, the email i receive shows the cloned form as being submitted by the name on the original form.
How do I correct this?

If I am correct, the clone of your form with ID:62865131240954 (Contact Gooding O'Hara) , is the form with ID:63120101762945 (Contact Maupin Marine Survey).
Please try to delete notifications from your cloned form and create new ones. Once you create new notification, the fields will be generated automatically.
