Mobile responsive

Hi guys. I have a very important form on my website which works fine but it is playing havoc with my mobile customers. The form jitters and jumps around is very difficult to fill out on mobile devices especially iphone 7 plus for some reason. Any chance you would be able to fix this with a bit of code maybe?

Unfortunately, I don't have any iPhone with me at the moment, but I tested your form with few Android phones I have and with iPhone simulator, didn't face any problem.

Is your form embedded somewhere or your accessing it directly?
