Hi JotForm Support,
Recently my form stopped working and it says quota exceeded.
However upon checking the account status there should still be 84 normal submissions left. Furthermore, my form is a normal http link form, and so I'm left wondering why does it say quota exceeded as the form in question does not use up secure submission.
The message after submission is:
Details: Form did not pass status check

Your account was temporarily suspended because you have reached the SSL limit for free users for the month.
Can you please provide us a link where the form is embedded so we can check?

It is the IT Support Request Form in my account
About the link where the form is embedded wise, it is embedded in an internal google sites thus I'm not sure if you are able to access it as one need to login first.
I realise I had 2 other form which uses the secure link and have changed them to the non secure links.

Glad to know that your able to locate the forms. I have reduced your SSL submission count just this one time and activated your account. Everything should be working by now.
