I recently duplicated a form for submissions for this year but forgot to integrate the Google Drive piece. I now have 23 entries but they dont show in Google drive. Is there a way to push them to Google drive after the submission?

There is a way of doing this. Please use our Google Spreadsheet integration instead of Google Drive. When you integrate google drive it will not push your existing submission data to the drive.
However, when you integrate your form with Google Spreadsheet it will push the existing data into a sheet. That sheet will be located at your Google Drive if you authenticate the very same Google Account with your Drive.
