Why are your forms awkward to design?

Why do forms  appear different in your site preview, when they're integrated into Adobe Muse and then different again when published on a website?  I find it very difficult, if not impossible, to control all appearance aspects in your new design module, or outside it.  I have two forms on one domaim, the width of various fields proving to be . . . various.  Can you help please?

(On both forms here the 'address' fields and the 'Any message' fields seem to spread right beyond the desired form width, and the space between first and last name will not expand - I have found this problem on the last few forms I have created)

    Hello Tony,

As I have understood your problem, you are complaining about our form designer that you find it complicated. For your opinion, our forms appear different in our form preview, to design the form in our advanced designer is different and when it published on a web page seems different. You see the form different in each step.

So, there is a good new for you: We will have a new version of JotForm, soon. The interface of the Form Designer will be changed. I hope you will like the new version of JotForm. It will be more modern, easy to use and hopefully, more user-friendly.

I have checked your web page and your forms. I did not find any issue in the address field or in the message field on the PC. Your web page seems pretty good as you can see the screenshot below:

Also, I would like to ask you that in which device you view the form? For example, If you want to see the form correctly in mobile devices, you should select the option of "Make this form responsive" in the advanced design builder as the following screenshot:

For more detailed information, kindly check the following link: https://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-make-forms-mobile-responsive

Unfortunately, the screenshot that you had added into the thread does not appear. So, I have difficulties to understand the problem exactly.

I hope this helps. If you need more clarification, do not hesitate to contact us.

    Thanks.
