Submission emails received does not match the questions of form.

    Dear Support  team, 

    We have detected a problem in one of our forms. In a test, when we fill all fields in that and send us in order to check ir, the form  received is not the same.

    Please find in the link below the form with the problem.

    This has this appearance ( I show you that in several screenshot):

     

    After completed, I receive this form: 

    As you can check, the language and the name of the fields in the form are not the same. Could you check What happen?

    Hello qstar,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Have you cloned this form? I did check your form's notification email alert and found that it does have questions in English. Please check the screenshot below:

     

    It seems the form you cloned has the email alert edited. If the notification email alert is edited, any changes you make in your form will not reflect in your email alert. 

    To solve this problem, I would suggest you to please delete the existing email alert from form and add a new one. Please not that a new email alert will always include all questions of form with correct updated labels. The following guides should help you:
