So, I connected a form with my get response account using the API Key and it said "the integration is up and running" but when I submit in the form the information doesn't go to GetResponse. I have contacted GetResponse and they mentioned that the problem is not from their side. the connection is not correctly done.
Is it possible to check this from Jotform side.

The email field is correct. The form is properly integrated with GetResponse. Can you try submitting using a different email? See if that works. I have also submitted my own, please check if you receive that. Make sure you are viewing the correct list in your GetResponse dashboard.
